Where are Saltney Ferry Scouts?
Saltney Ferry Scouts meet at Bradshaw Avenue Scout and Guide headquarters in Saltney Ferry. Saltney Ferry can be found on the outskirts of Chester, and is situated in Flintshire in North Wales.
Who can join the section?
Our Scout section caters for those aged between 10 and 14 years.
What do Scouts do?
Lots of things, in fact activities are chosen by the Scouts themselves. The Scout section is an extremely active part of the Group. Taking part in lots of camps, hikes, climbing, visits, swimming, in fact whatever you can think of! Click the following words to look at some activities, or view website for more recent ones!

When do Scouts meet?
Saltney Ferry Scouts meet on Friday evening. This is the standard meeting where Scouts learn new skills, have challenges, play games, earn badges, and most of all have fun!
How much does Scouts cost?
Meetings cost £1.50 per week, and the price of trips vary. (although they are never too high)
Do I need a uniform?
At first you will not require a uniform, and you will be given time to decide on whether you like Scouts. Eventually we hope you enjoy yourself, and decide to buy a shirt. The shirt costs £14, and the neckerchiefs £4.50.
