North Wales Water Weekend

 Friday 14th - 16th September 2007

A total of 15 people attended the Gwynant Training weekend from Saltney Ferry. The weekend allowed Scouts, Explorers, and Leaders to carry out training and assessment for Canoe and Kayak BCU tests. At the end of the weekend a number of them gained One Star in a number of areas, and some trained for Two and Three Star. The group joined up with over 100 scouting people from throughout Wales. Kayaking within the group goes from strength to strength.
