Week Camp 2009

Saturday 22nd to 29th August 2009

The 2009 week camp was held at Gradbach Scout Camp, in the Peak District. For once not our usual greenfield site, but fun all the same! We had trips out to Alton Towers, Waterworld, and Monkey Forest. Walked through the lovely area of Dovedale, and kayaked on Rudyard Lake. On camp we messed in the water, had an aerial runway, water slide, built survival shelters, and many more things. Most of all though, we all had fun. Many thanks to Saltney Town Council, with their kind donation towards this camp. We had 27 people at this years camp, and the numbers just go up each year. They were a very nice lot though!
